The Best Sushi in Cusco, Peru

Most people don't go to Peru in search of sushi, but leave it to Tay and me to find the one sushi place in Cusco serving up the most colorful meal.

Limo was delicious. Between the view of the main square, the sweet staff and the unique flavors, we loved this restaurant so much we actually went back twice.

What to Order:

We had a few of the specials including the ceviche special which was line fish, pomegranate and prickly pear and the maki special roll, which was cream cheese with smoked fish, chili, shrimp tempura and avocado. I highly suggest ordering whatever the chef suggest, as those options will be the most fresh and usually the best. The menu has a section right at the front with the chef's choices, so it is easy to see what the local favorites are.

The drinks are also unreal. I had the Pisco Orenji with Pisco, Aperol, Golden berry and Mint. Tay had the LIMO with Quebranta Ferreyros, Ginger, Cordinal, Passion Fruit and Limo Chili.

Pro Tip:

If you are making a reservation request a seat next to the window looking out on the square!
