The Blush Gimlet Cocktail

Have you guys heard of a Blush Gimlet before? I hadn't until recently! A traditional Gimlet includes lime juice, gin and a splash of simple syrup. However, to make a blush gimlet, you use Grapefruit and Lemon to give it that cute pink color and little bit of sweetness.
