Best Bars in Corfu Town

Corfu Town is the perfect spot to sit and sip a cocktail while watching the boat loads of tourists past through the city streets. Known as the hub for Corfu, Corfu Town is metropolitan center bringing in diverse crowds, cultures and of course, bars.

The majority of the bars in Corfu Towns are lined on the cobblestone streets, perfect for people watching. However, I highly suggest walking into any bar you might stumble upon, as the decor inside some of the bars below should not be missed!

Sway

SWAY, by far, is the best bar in all of Corfu Town. When you first enter, you will see a beautifully lined bar with spices, mixers and every alcohol you could imagine. To the left of the bar, hanging on the wall, there is a print of Ernest Hemingway kicking a can down a snowy street in Sun Valley, Idaho. As an ironic contrast to the white cobble stone outside, the image makes everyone walking through the door smile.

What to Order:

Summer with Monica - personally my favorite drink on the entire menu. Vodka, elderflower, passionfruit and vanilla foam

7 Years Itch - Spanish Gin, Strawberry, Aperol, pink pepper and grapefruit soda

Before Midnight - Mastic, Chios infused with tea, red berries, hibiscus and red peppercorns, blood orange and lime with white peach

Bristol

Bristol is another great bar in the center of Corfu Town. The drinks are less crazy with ingredients compared to SWAY, but if you are looking for a cold beer or Aperol Spritz, this is your place! The interior is lined with funky blue wallpaper and lights hanging around the bar. It almost feels like it is out of an old movie scene inside.

What to Order:

Pink Spritz - Campari, elderflower, fresh pink grapefruit juice, Prosecco

Elderflower Smash - Gin, elderflower, fresh lemon, basil, sugar
